[  ] Reduce sugar
Make sugar-free latte using nescafe, milk, honey
No more chocolate, or dark choc only
No more baking on impulse

[  ] Reduce Rice intake
Gradually: Starts with 4/week> 3 > 2

[  ] More soups with chicken breast
Tomyam, sup bodo, egg soup, tomato

[  ] Vegetarian days
Starts with 2 > 3 > 4/week
Bean Wrap, tomyam cendawan, Egg salad, mushroom salad, mushroom wrap, chickpeas curry, yogurt-granola, sweet potato, soba

[  ] Cut down dairy
Maybe from whole milk to less fat or yogurt, no more american cheese


[  ] Reduce carbs
White bread to wholewheat, wholewheat spaghetti, canned food, > rice paper&wrap

[  ] Healthier snacks
Nuts, sugar free dried fruit, fruits in gen

[  ] Exercise
Atleast 6000-7000 steps per day
Zumba (2× per week)
Gym/beginner pilates
Roller skate (if reasonable)
Just walking in general (while plotting the book writing)
Be more active, no more hanging out in room

● Last time (2019), I started diet first, then it just stabilize after awhile. Lose alot in 4 months. Just be active to maintain.
